SERVICE AND REPAIR POLICIES
 

$130 REPAIR POLICY

Express Radio provides the following procedure in order to provide the quickest and most economical repair service. When a customer has an item for repair, we ask them to approve a “$130.00 Repair Policy”. 

This means we can complete the repair if the cost of the repair, not including accessories (i.e. antenna, battery or belt clip), will be less than $130. Most repairs are less than $130, but in the cases they exceed this amount, Express Radio will call and advise the customer of the cost.
 

ESTIMATE POLICY

If you prefer to have a written quote prior to Express Radio beginning any repair, there is a $45.00 per radio quotation charge. This charge is in addition to the cost of the repair and will be valid even if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair.
 

RUSH POLICY

We understand that equipment is often used in mission critical situations. Due to warranty policy and parts availability, we are not able to guarantee same day service. However, in order to help expedite your radio’s repair, Express Radio will move your radio to the front of the service line for a rush charge of $50.00 (per radio).

Sometimes only certain radios in a batch are in need of rush service while others may not be as critical. Since this is a per radio charge, we are able to rush specific radios of your choice. Please check Yes for a “Front of the Line” on the Equipment Log-In sheet for the radio(s) you are requesting rush service for when completing your log-in form.
